The Tack Room is on the first floor, above The Stables, the earliest building on site, built of attractive red stone. Margam Country Park (entrance 1.5 miles away) is home to Margam Castle, the Orangery, Museum and, for the more adventurous, the treetop Go Ape visitor attraction. The Kenfig National Nature Reserve, one of the finest in Wales, is virtually on the doorstep. Plenty of other attractions and activities within easy reach, along with the cities of Swansea and Cardiff.
The Tack Room is approached by an external flight of stone steps, with front door leading into a small hallway with coat hooks. The apartment has central heating and hot water from a biomass boiler, and WiFi is available. The accommodation comprises:
Living Room: open-plan, with leather sofa and armchair, cabinet, occasional tables, folding dining table and two chairs, rug over wooden flooring. To one side of the living room is the
Kitchen Area: with gas cooker, fridge with 3* freezer box, microwave.

Outside: Access to a washing machine in shared laundry room. Shared paddock nearby with yurt, picnic benches and brick barbecue. Additional paddock with owners' free-range chickens, geese and ducks.
Parking: shared gravelled parking area to the rear of the building.
Ty'n Cellar Farm is positioned in central South Wales, with the M4 providing easy access to both Swansea (15 miles) and Cardiff (29 miles), for retail, marinas, theatres, museums, galleries, sporting venues and much more. The Swansea Valley has some excellent walking, waterfalls and woodlands. Afan Forest Park has good mountain biking trails. Just a few minutes' drive from the apartment are the varied attractions of Margam Country Park and Go Ape, the villages of North Cornelly and Pyle with village shops and pubs; Indian Restaurant and Lakeside Golf Club just half a mile away.
