Maes Masarn is a spacious semi-detached stone cottage set in a pretty cobbled courtyard in the extensive grounds of a Victorian country house, 3.5 miles south of Conwy. Situated in the beautiful Conwy Valley, on the eastern boundary of Snowdonia National Park, the cottage is ideally located for exploring this stunning area. The North Wales coast and Conwy, with its historic castle, are just four miles away; Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, 12 miles.

The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard with beamed ceilings throughout and traditional quarry tiles on the ground floor. The living room has an open fire in the stone fireplace (logs supplied),  comfortable seating and a 42" plasma HD TV with Freeview, DVD and CD/radio. WiFi is available at a small extra cost. The dining table has an oval table and leather style dining chairs. The modern kitchen/diner also has a table and chairs. It is equipped with a freezer and dishwasher and there is a separate laundry room with a second sink and washer/dryer. There is a ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a spacious double with an antique style brass bed and en suite shower room, a king size double with an additional single bed settee and a twin bedroom.
