Description

14 Neptune House is a fabulous first floor apartment in a super position overlooking award-winning Milford Haven marina. NB - Children under 16 to be under adult supervision on the marina. The apartment is situated at the quieter end of the marina yet is just a short walk from interesting shops, good bars, cafes & restaurants, galleries and 10 pin bowling, offering guests a restful stay whilst remaining close to the marina's amenities and sea-going activities. You're also within a few minutes' walk of the town centre, supermarkets, theatre/cinema, railway station and coastal bus service.

The modern apartment has two double bedrooms, a shower room and a light and airy open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with a balcony overlooking the marina. This very well-equipped accommodation has a washing machine, freezer, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, Freeview TV, DVD player, WiFi and a good selection of DVDs, music and games for all ages.

Situated on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with plenty of countryside walking in the area. Pembrokeshire is well known for its beaches, so there are many sandy and pebble beaches within easy reach. Marloes Sands is a 10 minute drive away and Broad Haven, 7 miles away, has a sandy beach with safe bathing. Water activities in the area include Watersports (sailing instruction at Milford Yacht Club), surfing, kayaking, fishing and boat trips. Horse riding and many other local attractions also nearby including Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park, castles and gardens. The popular tourist town of Tenby, and the UK's smallest city, St Davids, are within driving distance.

14 Neptune House was awarded runner-up for Best Holiday Cottage in 2014 as voted for by Wales Cottage Holidays guests, making this an excellent choice for visitors to Milford Haven.

We very pleased with property. The owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the boiler tripping off. A great view from the window overlooking the marina. A great place to stay if you like watching boats . Good places to eat nearby. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area. A good base for seeing the area. A very well equipped flat with a great view of the marina . Good places to eat nearby.
