Within walking distance of Mumbles village and just a short drive to Swansea (4 miles), you really can get the best of both worlds when staying in this marvellous South Wales Coast cottage. Ticking a variety of boxes for all sorts of stays, you’ll find walks and bike rides along the coastline or in the fabulous Gower countryside close by, as well as the cultural city attractions that Swansea has to offer. There are also plenty of beautiful beaches close by for those who prefer to swim and sunbathe instead. The property itself is a stylishly designed two-bed laid out over two floors, happily accommodating four guests and perfect for a small family or a couple looking for some more space.

Brightly coloured walls add to the joyful atmosphere of this mid-terrace property. On the ground floor, an open-plan lounge/diner will be your favourite space to unwind. Spend time curled up on the sofas with the Smart TV on or sit around the table together for a board game night. Next door is a kitchen with all the necessary cooking amenities. Meals can be served either indoors or out in the enclosed garden with a lovely patio table. Back indoors, find both bedrooms, a double and a twin, alongside a family bathroom on the first floor.

Half a mile away, Mumbles is a much-loved holiday destination with cafes, pubs and bars to enjoy. There’s also the historic hub of Oystermouth Castle (0.5 miles), Mumbles Beach (1 mile) and Mumbles Pier (1.5 miles) to explore. From the pier, embark on a long walk along the coastal pathway, following the Gower Coast cliffs along to Langland Bay (1.5 miles), Caswell Bay (2 miles) and beyond. In the opposite direction, take a trip towards Swansea to happen upon the beautiful Clyne Gardens, Blackpill Lido (both 1.5 miles) and Singleton Botanical Gardens (3 miles).
