This fantastic property, situated less than 200 metres from Castle Beach in Tenby, is the perfect holiday home for families and groups of friends. Sleeping 8 adults and 2 children across five beautiful bedrooms, this five-storey property offers guests a stay in complete luxury in one of the most-loved seaside towns in Wales. Spend the day on Castle Beach, grabbing lunch from one of the many pubs and restaurants nearby, before returning home to snuggle up on the sofas and plan tomorrow’s adventures.

The holiday home, which has underfloor heating on the ground floor, has been decorated with the coast in mind. Pretty blue tones and charming seaside trinkets feature throughout, with wood panelling in the bedrooms making them feel like beach huts. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and bright with everything you need to cook up a storm, while the courtyard terrace has a gas BBQ and dining furniture for four if you fancy an al fresco meal. There are three living spaces to choose from here – the ground floor lounge is a cosy spot for the grown ups, while the top floor is the ideal den for kids. Exposed beams, bean bags and a games console make it a great chill-out area.

Tenby Boat Trips (0.5 miles) run seal safaris and trips to St Catherine’s and Caldey Islands, where you’re bound to spot an array of wildlife. Kids will love the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) and Manor Wildlife Park (4 miles), but if they’re adventurous types take them on a 2.5-mile walk to Waterwynch where you’ll see enchanting views of Cornish Down.

Just back from from a fantastic long weekend in Tenby. Chart House was absolutely superb; the decor is gorgeous (I kept noticing new details in different rooms!), the kitchen is brilliantly equipped and in terms of location it couldn't be better. The beach is just at the end of St Mary's Street and many of the rooms have sea views. It was November Read morebut the house was super cosy, and it was lovely to put the fire on in the evenings, close the blinds and just relax (v comfy sofas too). I hadn't been to Tenby before and really loved it - loads of independent shops and nice little bars/cafes/restaurants. The weather wasn't amazing so we didn't do much walking, but honestly we were very happy and cosy in the house and occasionally popping out for a beach stroll when the sun came out. Narberth is also a really lovely town (15 mins drive?) and we had a fabulous afternoon tea at Penally Abbey . Five stars from us, and we can't wait to return! Hide

We were the 1st guests to stay at Chart House. It is a newly refurbished property where no expense has been spared. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space with the 5 bedrooms and the games room on the top floor. The owners have thought of everything. They provide a BBQ and even body boards and beach toys in the back yard. The kitchen is wellRead more equipped. The house is situated on a quiet street only 50m up to town or 50m down to the parragon cliffs and the steps down to the beach. We swam every day in the sea and with the town so close to hand we didn't really feel like we had to go out in the car anywhere. Although we did venture out to St Davids and the Blue Lagoon on one day and to Manorbier. Hide
