This stunning luxury holiday pad has been beautifully decorated and makes a stylish setting for a group seaside holiday. With high-end fixtures and fittings and luxurious touches, including a log fire, a spacious roof top garden, a private hot tub, and an extra garden room it makes a perfect coastal hafan (haven).

The impressive property has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed for guests’ comfort. Enter upstairs up to a reception area with a reading nook and go through to the lounge, which is filled with light, and has a cosy wood burner and plenty of comfy seating. The spacious kitchen has everything needed for meals in and a breakfast bar for quick eats, there’s also a luxurious dining room. The bunk room is on this floor, as is the bathroom with a bath and shower over. The three remaining bedrooms, two super-kings and a twin, are on the second floor. All three have great storage and views of the bay; one of the super-kings has an en-suite shower room. There’s another family bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower on this floor too. The outside space is spectacular, a rooftop garden with awesome views, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a garden room accessed via flight of external steps with a flame effect fire and incredible views from the bi-fold doors.

Wander to Mumbles on the promenade to explore the excellent range of shops, bars, pubs, and restaurants, from just over 150 metres away. Following the coast path, you’ll reach stunning Langland Bay (2.5 miles). Enjoy a round of golf on the headland or a trip to the fantastic seafood restaurant. The Gower peninsula is renowned for its spectacular beaches for sunbathing, water sports, and coastal walks, including 3 miles of golden sands at Rhossili (16.5 miles).

Hafan is a beautiful cottage minutes from the sea front. It was comfortable, well placed for all the local Mumbles amenities and seaside. There was plenty we could walk to from the house, including beaches along coast path. The hot tub which was piping hot, and garden room were a delight, with great views. Thank you we had a great stay.

A well-maintained, surprisingly spacious property with contemporary decor and gorgeous views. Sun room and hot tub are a lovely addition and very well placed for views across the bay. Plenty of amenities and restaurants to choose from just a short walk away, and The George pub next door is lovely.

Hafan was an exceptional holiday let in terms of space, roof terrace, hot-tub and views across Swansea bay, also the Gower last week had perfect weather for taking the grandchildren to several beaches incl Caswell , Rhossili & Oxwich. Langland golf course is definitely worth a round with great views. For quite an expensive holiday let a welcome pacRead morek would have been appreciated. Hide

Lovely house but since last year local cars are parking outside the house making it difficult to enter/leave the garage. Perhaps ask council for double yellows as the properties opposite? Kind regards Robert

The inside was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I was delighted when we arrived. We were pleased with the additional sun room next to the hot tub which I had not noticed in the original description. The views were wonderful. Some issues - we could not get some of the bedrooms blinds to open. The garden and the landscaping was unkRead moreempt and overgrown with weeds also the outside area needed sweeping/ hosing down. I couldnt find a dustpan to sweep crumbs off the floor in the kitchen. I would recommend door mats at the two back doors. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped but there was one draw with a box full of broken plates. The freezer door did not close properly and required defrosting when we arrived. There could be clearer instructions on which waste is collected on which week and where u put it. We loved the property Hide
