The property is well placed for coastal walks but is a bit of a trek into town as it is hilly. The apartment is small but ok for 2 adults and having parking is a bonus

We were very disappointed by the state of the balcony area. When we arrived the windows looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The balcony floor was very dirty with algae and cigarette butts. A contractor arrived on Thursday to clean the walls. This was without any notice from yourselves. This meant that we had to stay in longer thaRead moren we planned. This meant that we were not able to use the balcony for the rest of the day due to the chemical that he used. As part of his cleaning up he got rid of some of the algae. One of the main lights in the bedroom did not work and the glass cover was missing. It looked as if it had been in this condition for some time. Also one of the bulbs in the lounge stopped working (bulb broken. We look forward to your reply and payment of compensation for the above. You can put this on your website Hide

Lovely living area with a beach view. Excellent location, very close to cliff coastal path. Short drive into Mumbles which is a lovely lively place. The whole area is a treasure trove of beaches and cliff top walks. The bedroom is absolutely fine but slightly dark, not that much natural light. We hope to return to Fairhaven Court, which is the bestRead more recommendation we can offer and the best review we can give. Hide

I had a great week at Fairhaven Court which is comfortable and well equipped. I loved being able to see and hear the sea and to be able to nip down for quick swim. Lovely walking in the area, both around the coast and inland. I would happily return.
