Detached former stables with a games room, perfect for families to relax and unwind, or head down to the sea, beach and eateries. The cottage is located in the seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea, 4 miles from Llandudno, which is home to the acclaimed Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery; Venue Cymru, a popular theatre; and the longest pier in Wales. Conwy (5 miles) is a World Heritage Site with a 13th-century castle and museums. Enjoy a superb range of pubs, restaurants, cafes, independent shops, galleries, and attractions such as the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Bodnant Gardens. Local activities include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, go-karting, cycling, golf and walking, and the heart of Snowdonia National Park is just 12 miles from this all-year-round destination.

 Walk into the hall, with space for your coats, and step into the spacious kitchen. It is a lovely space to create a family meal with local produce purchased on your travels. When ready, everyone can gather around the table in the dining room, the perfect setting to spend time together. After dinner, walk through to the lounge with exposed beams and a feature fireplace with an electric log burner-effect fire for cosy nights in. Pop a film on the Smart TV or simply pick up a book from the shelf or play a board game for a bit of competitive fun! Exploring this delightful property further, you can choose from four bedrooms, all set across the first floor: the king-size with an additional single bed and Smart TV, a double with an additional single bed and access to the Jack and Jill shower room with WC, another double room and finally a single. To complete the accommodation is a further shower room on the ground floor.

The former stables benefits from morning sun to the side with a gravel area and bench, and afternoon and evening sun at the far side, with more benches and a table for al fresco dining. This area is next to the games garage where you’ll find table tennis, a football table, a darts board and even a set of golf clubs. If you are bringing your bikes or paddle board, there is ample lockable space.

We had a wonderful time at the warm, welcoming, comfortable house. It is in an excellent location close to the town and beach. The owners gave us lots of information about the local area which was useful and were always on hand when I contacted them. A wonderful stay. Wed definitely return! Thank you

North wales is an area of both beauty with many activities and places to visit. Here is the ideal location. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked. The owners gave a fabulous welcome pack which was enjoyed. Messages were answered quickly The only issue I found was that although it was a dog friendly house there isnt a secure ouRead moretdoor area where you could let them out alone. Arrived to a Welcome Pack which was a fantastic touch. Great size and value for money for our party of nine plus dog. Great location close to the beach, shops, take aways, pubs and restaurants. Easy access to other great places to visit in North Wales, all within 30 to 45 minutes drive. Games room is great for all the family and also allows for ampRead morele bike storage. The cottage is very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed playing table tennis and the other games provided in the garage, especially the grandchildren. The location is very handy for both Ross on Sea itself and for Llandudno. This is our second year at the cottage and we hope to be back next year.
