With an under-cover hot tub, fabulous children’s play area and paths leading directly into the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, this three-bedroom holiday home has something for everyone. Located within the grounds of the owner’s farm, it’s just 4 miles from beautiful Brecon.

Share special moments with loved ones at this welcoming home-from-home on the northern edge of the National Park. Thoughtfully furnished and equipped, it features a bright, country-style kitchen with all the self-catering essentials and space for six to cook and dine together. An extended cloakroom houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying facilities for coats and boots, and when it’s time to relax, the lounge has dual-aspect windows delivering panoramic views across a patchwork of fields. A family-style bathroom and separate WC ensure comfort and convenience for all, and when it’s time for sleep, there’s a choice of three bedrooms – the master has a king-size bed and TV, and there’s also a pretty double and a twin room. Well-tended grounds surround the property. At the front, the large, enclosed lawned area is surrounded by a mixture of plants and border shrubs. Adding a touch of luxury, a log cabin houses a hot tub and is a lovely place to soak in the stunning scenery whatever the weather. To the rear is a lawn and patio area with garden seating and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco. Children can let off steam in their own play area where there’s a swing, slides, see-saw and outdoor toys.

Off-road parking for four cars means friends or family can gather from afar and enjoy walks into the Brecon Beacons from the doorstep. Just 4 miles away, the cathedral town of Brecon has gorgeous Georgian architecture and a great range of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Visit the heritage centre, follow Captain’s Walk and see the remains of the town’s medieval walls, or visit the South Wales Borderers Museum at Brecon Barracks. The National Park is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts – hike, hire mountain bikes or enjoy pony trekking at Cantref Adventure Farm (less than 1 mile away) or try sailing, paddleboarding and kayaking at Llangorse Lake (7.5 miles).

We stayed at Ann's bungalow and honestly didn't want to leave! The place is immaculately clean so comfortable and homely the views are amazing! While our children loved the playground (within the garden) and the hot tub we loved the peace and quite! we honestly had the best time and already planning our next visit. We booked a very last minute half-term getaway and we're so glad we picked Ann's Bungalow. The property was very clean and well looked after, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could need for our stay. The scenery was breathtaking and the enclosed hot tub was perfect to enjoy even on a rainy day. There was also a kids play area in the Read moregarden which our kids enjoyed when it wasn't raining. We had a wonderful time at the bungalow and we would definitely look to visit again someday. Hide

A lovely bungalow, inside and out - very clean, well maintained and well equipped in a beautiful, quiet location. Ann, the host, is very friendly and helpful and obviously takes great pride in the accommodation she offers. Those not used to the nature of many rural roads might find the roads to Brecon from the bungalow rather narrow and rough in plRead moreaces particularly outside other farms on the route. Lovely house and lovely surroundings. The house came equipped with everything that you could think of. The hot tub was great and as it rained quite a bit on our stay it being inside was great. My childen loved the house and the play area and i will probably return in the future.

We spent a great relaxing week in Anns bungalow. It was extremely clean and has wonderfully maintained gardens. The bungalow is very well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering getaway, Anne has thought of everything. The hot tub was amazing and very clean and also a massive hit with our toddler along with the play area in the Read morerear garden. Really couldn't recommend this place more 5*. Hide

Anns Bungalow, Wow!! What a fabulous place. The bungalow was pristine. There was absolutely everything you needed. The hot tub was a joy and beautifully maintained. This bungalow is wonderful, rooms all decent size. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Gardens front and back, both good sized. Hot tub tops everything off. The owner Ann lives next door, she keeps out of your way unless you need her and then is very responsive. Cannot fault the property or the host. The location for us was a little 2 far out of toRead morewn, but that is just personal preference, it is only a 5-10 min drive into the center of town. Absolutely stunning bungalow everything you'd need from home to home Ann the owner was amazing with the kids letting them watch in the barn during lambing season they loved it.. The bungalow was comfortable very clean and we definitely look forward to returning again

Stayed at Ann's Bungalow over the festive period. Ann herself welcomed us on arrival even tho it was late at night and gave us a tour of the property and how things worked. Fantastic cottage in a fantastic location. Plenty for the children to do and the hot tub was a luxurious bonus after long days out exploring. We were particularly impressed with the gardens and outdoor space at this cottage and will definitely be back!

Lovely property in a beautiful location, so peaceful to sit out in the evening watching the sun set, grandchildren loved playing in the garden play area and the hot tub was a great addition. The 3 bedrooms were all a good size with comfortable beds, would definitely recommend for a family getaway, thank you for having us
