Created by former fishing World Champion Ian Heaps, this lovingly restored property is designed with attention to detail and style in mind, maximizing the surrounding views. Perfect for groups of angling friends or family, the fishery boasts three lakes and a mile of salmon and sea-trout river, offering a diverse fishing experience.

Enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area through patio doors to be met by wooden flooring, comfortable sofas, and a TV/DVD. The well-equipped kitchen allows for culinary creativity, and a dining table hosts shared meal times. Down the hallway, there is a ground-floor double bedroom with a TV and a shower room. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with twin beds and a light-filled family bathroom complete this welcoming home. Outside, a shared patio area at the rear of the property includes a garden bench, surrounded by shared grounds with picturesque fishing lakes. Complimentary fishing is available, encompassing carp, crucian, and match lakes, along with river fishing. An on-site tackle shop offers any necessary equipment, and there are laundry facilities too.

Situated 3.5 miles from the popular market town of Narberth, known for its charming Edwardian and Georgian buildings, independent shops, vintage stores, and various dining options, the property is well located for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast and countryside. For fun-filled days out, visit Oakwood Theme Park (5 miles), Folly Farm Adventure Park (8 miles) or Canaston Woods (3 miles) for outdoor activities.
