This magical wood cabin offers a couple the ideal escape where you can get away from it all and enjoy the tranquillity of the great outdoors. The cabin has beautiful views, it is situated next to a babbling brook within the owner’s land. Just 4 miles away, Llandovery is a charming market town located in Carmarthenshire, Wales, known for its picturesque countryside and historic significance. The surrounding countryside of Llandovery is characterized by rolling hills, lush green valleys, and winding rivers. Visit the Y Bannau Brycheiniog National Park and iconic Pen Y Fan (12 miles) or for a longer day out, visit castles such as Carreg Cennen Castle and Dinefwr Castle (20 miles). Near Cilycwm is the dramatic scenery of the Cambrian Mountains, which lie to the north of the village. This rugged upland area is a haven for wildlife and outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, and mountain biking amidst stunning natural surroundings.

As you park in the main driveway, take in the surroundings and views over the countryside before heading down the steps to the cabin. The cabin has an open-plan layout with one end housing a double bed. The shower room with compost WC is located just off this area. In the morning, prepare a coffee in the kitchen area which has everything you need for making a light snack or even an evening meal, complete with a plug-in hob and a fridge. The cabin is insulated with an electric heater making it cosy all year round including the chilly winter nights.

Outside, there is an area with ample places to sit and enjoy the evening sun overlooking the countryside with a drink or two or while dining alfresco.
